Adjusted Points
Versatility is the Key!
- Each pony is ranked through 10th place in each of the nine (9) divisions.
- 1st place earns 10 points, 2nd place earns 9 points, 3rd place earns 8 points and so on.
- The maximum adjusted points to earn is 90 (1st place in each division).
- Participation (11th place or higher) earns 0.1 point. This "Participation Point" is used as a tie breaker. A participation point is also awarded to those who attend an IQPA show, but don't place in that class.
The reason for the "Adjusted Points" is to equalize eligibility around the world. Volume of points is not as important as Versatility across the Nine divisions. Volume pays out with Tiles (ROM, Versatility, etc.)
